We did lots of riding and breaking in horses which included riding the young horses in the round pen. We also learned fencing and went pig hunting and did other farm stuff which was fun.

We played two other carnivals winning the last one at Jugong. This carnival I played 1, Luke Reiche played 2 and Jackson Cumming played 3, in the first chukka, (an all New Zealand Chukka), the second chukka was made up of Australians, the number two was Will Western (he played for Australia in the world cup team). We played in the C open grade and called ourselves "The Worriers". The last carnival was the South West Slopes.

Looking back it was an awesome trip and I learnt a lot to bring back to NZ and can't wait to use some of the tricks and skills I learnt over there.

I would like to thank the Grills family for having me and putting up with me for the month and also hooking me up with a good horse to ride. And of course the New Zealand Polocrosse Board for giving me this opportunity of a life time to better my Polocrosse.
