Constitution and By-Laws A constitution should describe the purpose, rules and regulations of the organization. Examples of all club constitutions are available for advisors to reference on the Hub by searching student organization constitutions. The method of complying with the rules and details of a club is commonly specified in the bylaws. The articles of the constitution are general in nature and are not meant to be changed frequently. The by-laws should be designed to be more flexible than the articles of the constitution. Rules, which need to be changed frequently, should not be included in the constitution or by-laws. A chapter may wish to have the experience of developing a constitution each year, or may choose to develop a constitution that may be carried over from year to year. Student Senate Attendance Green Bay Campus student organizations will receive, at the end of each semester, a distribution of the allocation of $50 per student senate meeting. When a student organization is late or leaves early, that student organization shall receive one-half the amount. Student Senate has an incentive plan for those clubs sending members on a consistent basis. Clubs with one representative attending every meeting in its entirety for the entire semester will receive a $250 bonus. The incentive funds are deposited into the club account at the end of each semester. For Sturgeon Bay or Marinette Campus student organizations, please see your Student Involvement Coordinator.
