Title IX Team
The purpose of this team is to ensure NWTC has an environment that
is free from gender discrimination, sexual violence and other harm.
Diversity Higher Education Coalition
(St. Norbert College, UW-Green Bay,
NWTC, Green Bay Area Public Schools)
This committee’s aim is to bring about a climate among the majority
population of Brown County that embraces, celebrates, and promotes
the growing ethnic and racial diversity of the region. This shall be
reflected in the marketing of the region, its political decisions and
discussion, and its economic, educational, and social actions.
Center for Equity and Growth
The center is being designed to enrich and grow internal and
external diversity training and education, apply an equity lens
around organizational consulting through audits and strategic
planning, support internal and external faculty research
and activities, and generate revenue for the College.
Wisconsin Technical College System’s (WTCS)
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Group
This group’s mission is to collaboratively promote a culture
throughout the system that understands equity in practice
and embraces an environment of diversity and inclusion.
Key members of this group created a System-Wide
Equity Report, published in December 2018.
