2025 National Show reviewed – 168 horses with a total of 1111 entries, ideas for improvement for the 2026 Show Committee to consider
SSH Rules being reviewed by Rules Committee

Ranch Horse rules reviewed and will be added to the 2026 Rulebook
SSH Definition to be sent to the membership to gather feedback
High Point Ribbon boxes for 2025 are being donated by member Carol Lamberson
Annual Meeting expenses discussed; costs for the January event will be $ 80 per person

Election Results – JoEllen Finerfrock, President; Merleene Pacheco, Vice President; Lori Snyder- Lowe, Secretary; Kimberly O’ Connor, Treasurer; Jean Marie Degville, Western Region
New Office Manager introduced – Ann Moriarity from Wisconsin, who has been a member of NWHA, has managed shows and been an exhibitor will be taking the reins at the office effective Jan 1, 2026.
In addition to Ranch Horse, Western Pleasure Racking, Spotted Country Pleasure will be added to the Rulebook
2025 High Mile Horse rode 1170 miles 2025 High Mile Rider rode 1038 miles
Bylaws were updated to align with SOPs and replace“ president” with " executive committee "
March 13, 2026 will be the DQP training, 1 new DQP this year
Annual Judges Clinic brought together 26 participants and 4 applicants / apprentices
2025 Youth Committee had a banner year with a pirate party, stall judging, video contest and rail class judging
Committee liaisons were appointed and committee lists are being finalized
Suspension List updated to add an exhibitor for non-payment; this person is not permitted to show at NWHA shows or be eligible for high points until debt is settled
