Proof of negative Coggins required ; Health certificates required for out-of-state horses ( except WI )
There is a small block of pet-friendly rooms reserved under Minnesota Walking Horse Association at the Days Inn in Hinckley – ( 320 ) 384-7751 . Deadline : June 15
Camping with electric hookup is available . Reserve along with your stalls . All sites must be pre-reserved .
NWHA Rules will be followed according to the NWHA Rule book . TWHBEA Versatility Rules in effect for applicable classes .
Exhibitors are asked to pay in full or leave a signed , open check at the time of check-in .
All class adds / drops must be submitted 45 minutes prior to the performance ( i . e . morning , championships , & fun classes ). Exceptions will be made for injury or other issues ( horse has lost a shoe , for example ).
Stall and Camping Reservations $ 80 - Stall Fee ( received by July 6 ) $ 100 - Late Stall Fee ( July 7 or after ) $ 60 - Tack Stall Fee $ 8 - Additional shavings per bag – 2 bags included with stall , cannot bring your own . $ 55 - Camping Fee ( includes electric ) – for the length of the show $ 15 - Trailer Tie Fee ( no overnight tying ) $ 15 - Fee per horse for Sunday night $ 25 - Camping fee for Sunday night
Entry Fees $ 17 - Rail Class - TWH & OGB $ 10 - Trail Obstacle $ 30 - For all Fun Classes or $ 10 each $ 27 - Championship Classes $ 25 - Office Fee & DQP per horse if showing in classes requiring DQP inspection
$ 5 - Office Fee per horse if only showing in classes 33-36 or classes marked OGB
$ 20 - NWHA temporary show pass ( if exhibitor is not an NWHA member ; optional for youth )

Youth High Point Award will be awarded to the top youth exhibitor based on classes 2 , 12 , 18 , 19 , 24 , 25 , 29 , 30-33 , 34 , 46 , 54 , 62 , 66 , 69 , and 74 . All entries in these classes are eligible . Award sponsored by FOSH .
