No significant changes to report. 2016 tax filing of 1099s and 990s will be completed in conjunction with CPA. Deposit for National show pending execution of final contract. Motion to approve Financial Report by S. Havard

Hotel requirements are in order. Annual meeting packets are being finalized for approval and printing

Payment was executed prior to Dec 31 to secure the corner booth for NWHA, saving 30 % off of the regularly charged fee.

Motion by JM Degville that in order to be eligible for participation in the 2017 high point program the deadline for membership is October 7, 2017 coincides with the conclusion of the National Championship Horse Show.
