SHOW RULE and REGULATIONS :
1 This show is affiliated with The National Walking Horse Association and will follow NWHA Rules & Regulations and NWHA Versatility Rules . Please visit NWHA . com for Rules & Regulations .
2 . This show is also affiliated with the Muncie Light Horse Club .
3 A current NEGATIVE coggins ( 12 months ) is required for all horses on the grounds . This includes weanlings 6 months and older . Your horse can be turned away without proof of negative coggins . 4 All Judge Decisions are Final . 5 . The DQPs and Show Management decisions on an entry ’ s soundness and fitness to be shown are final .
6 . The Henry County Fairgrounds , Muncie Light Horse Club , National Walking Horse Association and / or show management are not liable for any accidents , damage , loss or injury that may occur to an exhibitor , owner , trainer , agent , groom , individual or spectator sustained while at this horse show . This is incorporated as a condition of entry or admittance to the show .
7 . ANY persons on Federal Disqualification CANNOT transport horses to this show and can only participate as a spectator . ALL NWHA rules apply .
8 . This show is for SOUND horses only . Any lame or sore horse will be disqualified from competition , no questions asked , and will forfeit all show fees and awards .
9 . ALL horses will be required to be checked by DQPs before each class per NWHA rules . FIRST place horses must be checked immediately upon leaving the class . Others may be required at DQP discretion . Only exhibitor , horse and one assistant permitted in the inspection area .
10 . NO PLASTIC WRAP , HOOF BANDS , ACTION DEVICES , FULL BLINDERS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS . No stall standing leg wraps , no leg wraps except as allowed during specific versatility classes . No hoof black allowed .
11 . NWHA Show Card or membership required for all ADULTS . Temporary show cards are available in the show office for $ 20 per show . Show cards are optional for youth . Note : temporary show card for a single event does not include any NWHA membership benefits . NWHA Show Cards are included with NWHA Membership which can also be purchased at the show office with a separate check .
12 . Camper / RV hook-ups are plentiful and first come . You may select your site on arrival . We do not reserve hook-ups .
13 . If a class does not specify Western or O / T ( optional tack ), English Tack is required . If the class is O / T , exhibitors may use either English or Western , but not a combination of the two .
14 . Youth is for those who are 17 & Under on January 1st of this year .
15 . Safety helmets are required for all youth 11 & under .
16 . Class entries or scratches must be made at least 5 classes prior to the class . Championship entries must be made prior to the start of Championship session . No entries will be accepted or refunds given after the start of Championship sessions .
17 . No stallions allowed in any youth designated class . 18 . No transmitting communication devices are allowed . 19 . Classes designated as ALL are open to horses from any division . 20 . ENTRY FEES and PREMIUMS Prelim Classes - $ 25 entry fee . Ribbons to 6th place . Versatility Classes - $ 15 entry fee . Ribbons to 6th place . Championships - $ 40 entry fee Premiums : $ 40 , $ 30 , $ 20 , R , R , R ( minimum 3 entries per championship class in order for premiums to be paid )

• Office Fee $ 15 / horse for the show
• DQP Fee $ 15 / day shown per horse
• Stall Fee $ 75 for entire show
• Tack Stall $ 75 for entire show
• Camper Fee $ 75 for entire show
• Grounds Fee $ 25 / day for horses showing off trailer ( no stall )
• No Gate Fees .
• Shavings $ 8 per bag . Contact show office for shavings and will be delivered to your stall ( s )
