LIABILITY Summer Youth Fun Horse Show, WB Ranch & Arena, Susan Fenner and Rich Burnett Sr assume no liability for injury to horses, exhibitors, or spectators or for loss of or damage to property. On this
condition only the entries taken and spectators admitted. DQP, VMO and show management decision on entries fitness to show will be final. All judges' decisions are final. Under the Equine Liability Act, an
equine professional is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant in an equine activity, resulting from an inherent risk of activity.
RULES: Current negative coggins required for horses over 6 mos. All judges decisions are final – show management will not overturn. Youth 17&Under must use ASTM Certified Protective headgear while
mounted at all times. No hoof bands, chains, action devices, tungsten or plastic wrap allowed. NWHA HIO and Versatility rules apply.
apply Persons on Federal Disqualification cannot transport horses to this show and
can only be a spectator.
