Class Fees: $14.00 Adult and Adult / Youth combined classes Youth Class Fees: $7.00 for all classes labeled Youth
Office Fee: $10.00 per horse
Stalls: $40 per weekend
Trailer Tie: $20 per day
DQP Fee: $6.00 per horse

1 Out of state horses must have current health certificate and IDOA permit number to obtain call (217) 782-4944.
2 Current (one year) negative Coggins required.
3 Classes subject to change. Please check the showbill at the show site for official classes
4 IWHA requests TWHBEA Registration Numbers when available for reporting show results.
5 IWHA requests TWHBEA Registration Numbers for exhibitors participating in TWHBEA Versatility.
6 TWHBEA Versatility rules will be followed for all versatility classes.
7 SSHBEA Registration Numbers are required for SSHBEA Sanctioned classes.
8 Double Registered SSH/TWH are allowed to cross enter TWH and SSH divisions and exhibit according to their respective class and HIO rules.

The NWHA HIO rules will be followed for regular classes. SSHBEA rules applied to all SSH sanctioned classes.
10 NWHA Amateur Card or Temporary Card required for non NWHA members
11 Youth Classes are for any youth 17 and under. Helmets are required to be worn by all Youth exhibitors.
12 Youth reaching the age of 18 after January 1st are allowed to finish the current year in youth competition.
13 Youth may choose to compete in Adult Classes but not both Adult and Youth divisions in an individual class.
14 Helmets are encourage for all exhibitors no matter what age.
15 Anyone on Federal and/or HIO Suspension may only participate at this show as a spectator and may not transport horses to the show grounds.
16 Tungsten shoes, shoes with Tungsten added or Hoof Bands are not allowed at this show or on the show grounds.
17 All Thrown Shoes will be Inspected and Weighed before a Class will be tied
18 Typographical errors are known to happen/ All decisions by show management are final in the face of such errors
19 Classes will be placed to 10th but classes will only ribbon to 6th place
20 Classes with an asterisk * are combined Adult and Youth entries
21 AGB rail classes will be called at a Flat Walk and Show Gait (Running Walk/ Foxtrot etc.)
22 IWHA is willing to consider class additions so long as requests are made 30 days prior to the show date
23 IWHA will honor WHOA Amateur Cards and cover the cost of the NWHA Temporary Show Pass.
