Financials are being revised and reconciled

Rebuild of Quickbooks by K. McGuire
CPA payment plan of $ 250.00 per month.
National cost savings approximately $ 9,000.00
Sponsorship push Still need paddock master and merchandise sales for National show
Discussions of New Items: Office Functions update K. McGuire & K. O’ Connor
Backing up of 2015 NWHA books from CPA and starting 2016 reconciliation.
K. McGuire is in possession of the NWHA computer, NWHA printer and all 2016, 2015 documents that were not filed. Also has show packets and NWHA literature.
The NWHA phone is forwarded to K. O’ Connor and receives 2-4 calls approximately per day. Invoices are sent via GoDaddy Bookkeeping or hard copy mailed as directed. Memberships are done in batches weekly from the Google sheet between O’ Connor verification to McGuire.
