• Qualifying classes for Championships – qualifying class requirements/ participation are the responsibility of the owner/trainer/rider. Should a horse/rider
be found ineligible in a Championship Class due to non- participation or excused for any reason from the appropriate qualifying class(s), the entry is
considered ineligible for said championship. In case of post entry ineligibility, the class(s) shall be re-tied and all related fees are non-refundable.
• Owner/Exhibitor/Horse receiving an HPA violation during The National forfeit all fees and any show premiums won by that entry
• Show results are not considered official until certified by show management. Decisions by show management, DQP and judges are considered final.
Protests may be filed as per the NWHA rulebook.
• All out of state horses present on show grounds must have a current 30 day health certificate.
• All horses on show grounds must have a current negative Coggins (exception – horses 6 months or less) – Copy must be on file in show office.
• Wounded Warrior Memorial 2 gait/OT—Trail Walk, Favorite Gait
• SSH, Open Division, Regional Grand Championship—Show Walk, Show Gait
• Racking Horse, Open Division, Regional Grand Championship—Trail Pleasure Walk or Show Walk, Trail Pleasure Rack or Slow Rack
• Racking Horse, Open Division, Junior Horse 5 & Under— Trail Pleasure Walk or Show Walk, Trail Pleasure Rack or Slow Rack
• Optional Tack Championship—Western horses will not be required to perform a 360 degree turn in the line up
• All Day Pleasure and Country Pleasure—cross entering not allowed
• Free National Raffle--$25 ticket per horse/back number. Winning back number receives entry fees and one stall free.
• Lead Line--No stallions allowed, certified helmets required for all riders
• In Hand, Youth Handler—No stallions allowed
• WDAA Recognized Show--#19-215
• Best In Show—First gait, second gait
• Reduced fee for first time National attendance—For 2019, NWHA is pleased to offer a reduced fee of $25 in lieu of a membership for first-time National
attendees. The fee allows an individual to show at The National, it does not convey the benefits associated with a regular NWHA membership such as
participation in the High Point program.
• SSHBEA affiliation—The National is affiliated with SSHBEA. The SSH classes count towards the SSHBEA High Point program.

Persons on federal disqualification may not transport horses to this show and may participate only as a spectator. No plastic wraps, action devices, or full blinders
will be allowed on the show grounds. Hoof bands are not permitted. Horses must present thru DQP for inspection prior to being shown.
