Experience
Since 2012, the Northwest Food Processors Association
has been working to beat initiative 522 in Washington,
which was strongly opposed by the industry. In November, the votes were counted and I-522 was successfully
defeated. NWFPA extends its appreciation to the processors, suppliers and affiliated organizations that assisted
in this effort. Read a full update on the NWFPA
homepage at www.nwfpa.org.
