BREAKING DOWN THE SUPER-SUIT EXERCISE SESSION

DOS AND DON ’ TS FOR A SUCCESSFUL WORKOUT
ARRIVE Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out forms and a certified trainer will elaborate about our SUPER-SUIT technology , discuss your fitness goals , health history , and answer any questions you may have .
PREPARE Make sure you consume at least 24 oz of water before your session .
Intake high carbs snacks 2 hours before the session . ( Examples : banana , PB & J sandwich , oatmeal , nuts , etc .)
Bring water , sneakers , socks , gym towel , shorts , and / or sweatpants .
SUIT UP A staff member will provide you with a wireless SUPER-SUIT that takes less than a minute to put on . Our suits are washed after each use and are made with silver flaking material that neutralizes body odor to ensure maximum hygiene .
