Welcome to the January Edition of the Nuzuna Journal

In this month ’ s issue we will discuss topics such as Neuroplasticity and EMS .

The brain remains the most complex and intricate organ in the body . The brain contains anywhere from 85 billion to 100 billion neurons . Many of these cells have the capacity to send specific electrical signals to every part of the body as well as manufacture active substances to influence health and mood .
Neuroplasticity refers to the brain ’ s ability to change . This flexibility allows for intellectual growth , improved athletic performance and a host of other positive modifications . Neuroplasticity allows for continual expansion during our lifetime . One important area of neuroplasticity involves the musculoskeletal system .
Our movements , gait , and habits are developed early in life and depending on the individual , change as we age . Disease can also greatly impact movements and gait i . e Parkinson disease . External electrical stimuli can change brain function and assist in rewiring pathways . Electro Muscle Stimulation ( EMS ) associated with artificial intelligence can assist in this physiologic process . The SUPER- SUIT from Nuzuna is a device that stimulates most major muscle groups in the body as well as gain critical information from the individual muscle groups . The SUPER-SUIT significantly improves gait and when exercising stimulates up to 90 % of fibers and balances the muscle group on each side of the body , improving coordination , strength , and endurance . Nuzuna ’ s SUPER-SUIT is a powerful device for the elite athlete , or any ordinary individual . The concept of external muscular neural stimulation and neuroplasticity is in the early understanding of this powerful approach to health and well-being .
