SOUP WITH MEAT BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
750 gr. minced meat
½ φλ. Butter or margarine
½ cup rice ½ cup chopped onion
2 eggs
3 teaspoons chopped parsley
1-2 lemons
Salt, pepper
Put the minced meat in a pan and add the rice (which we wash 2-3 times), the chopped onion, parsley, one egg
white from the eggs, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
We knead all the ingredients well
3) Put the butter in a saucepan to mel
4) Shape the meat balls (giouvarlakia) and place them in the pot.
