SOUP WITH MEAT BALLS INGREDIENTS:  750 gr. minced meat  ½ φλ. Butter or margarine  ½ cup rice  ½ cup chopped onion  2 eggs  3 teaspoons chopped parsley  1-2 lemons  Salt, pepper  Put the minced meat in a pan and add the rice (which we wash 2-3 times), the chopped onion, parsley, one egg white from the eggs, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper. We knead all the ingredients well 3) Put the butter in a saucepan to mel 4) Shape the meat balls (giouvarlakia) and place them in the pot.
