RICE WITH SPINACH Ingredients : 300 gr. Rice “Basmati” 400 gr. Spinach (Fresh or Frozen) 1 lt. Vegetable Broth Garlic (to taste) Preparation : 1- Cut the garlic into small pieces 2345- Wash the Fresh Spinach or simple put the Frozen Spinach into a pan. Put Rice and Garlic in another pan Simmer for a few minutes Add the vegetable broth to the rice 6- Leave the rice and spinach until cooked
