THE MADELEINES
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 150g of sugar
- 200g of flour
- 2 table-spoons of orange flower water
- 8g of baking powder
-100g of melted butter
-50g of milk
Preparation recipe:
- Melt butter in pan low heat.
- Mix eggs with sugar to the mixture until it becomes white.
- Add 40g of milk and orange flower water.
- Add flour, baking powder, butter, remaining of milk and hang on
15 minutes.
- Butter the madeleine pans and put the preparation in the
madeleine pans. ( but not to the top )
- Put the madeleine pans in the oven at 240°C ( thermostat 8 ) and
lower 2 minutes later at 200°C ( thermostat 6-7 ), leave again 10
minutes.
- Control the cooking.
- Get the cake out of the pan right after taking out the oven
