BAVARIAN CREAM
Ingredenties:
-500 g of strawberries
-the juice of 1n lemon
-6 gelatin sheets
-40 cl of single cream
-200 g of sugar
For the topping:
-100 g of coulis of strawberries
- 2 gelatin sheets
Preparection:
Make soften 6 gelatin sheets in a bowl of water.
Mix raspberries with the lemon juice and add 200 g
of sugar.
