PRIMARY SCHOOL OF VERDIKOUSSA, GREECE
PURPOSE: We want to show how much gas is released in our stomach when
we drink coke and other fizzy drinks.
MATERIALS: Some vinegar, some coke, orange juice, lemonade fizzy drink,
orange fizzy drink, milk, 5 balloons, 5 plastic bottles.
STEP 1: The students of the E grade brought the above materials.
STEP 2: They put some coke, orange juice, milk, lemonade fizzy drink and
orange fizzy drink in separate bottles, they add some vinegar –which represents
the stomach acids- and they cover the mouth bottle with a balloon.
