The Two Types Of Stress
All teenagers
know stress.
Normally
perceived as being
a bad thing. Did
you know there is
also a good stress?
There are two
types of stress in a
teenager’s life:
distress and
eustress.
The infamous stress,
known as distress, is the stress that all teenagers recognize as being bad. This type of stress will always show up in a teenagers life about the time that they have finals and realize that they have not studied yet. Other times teenagers will more than likely feel stress is any time that they are crunched on time.
The good type of stress is known as eustress. A lot of times teenagers will feel this stress in competitions such as sports. I personally feel stressed before any wrestling match. stress on myself to compete at my fullest ability and try to win
