means keeping both lines happy. Usually there is an agreement
between whatever I’m undertaking in terms of specific tasks. I
will be well supported by both sides. But if there was to be any
discrepancy between the academic viewpoint and the clinical
viewpoint, that would then sit with me and I would have to
resolve that between the two areas.
