Can we arrange for NTFB to pick up our food drive?
NTFB can arrange to pick up your donation if your food drive collected at least 2,000 lbs or 2,500 items. If your food drive meets this minimum, we will assist with a pick up from any location within our 13 county service area: Collin, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro, and Rockwall.
To save limited resources, our drivers work to incorporate food drive pick-ups into their normal food distribution routes. After your food drives ends, we can begin coordinating a pick up. It takes one week to coordinate a pick up.
Please note: If you have more than one location collecting, each location must meet the minimum in order to qualify for a pick up.

What if I cannot drop off and we collected less than 2,500 items?
