PROVIDING A SAFE AND HEALTHY WORKPLACE
We maintained safe learning and work environments
and provided key initiatives to support the health and
wellbeing of our employees.
Our commitment to workplace health and safety is
underpinned by our safety management processes,
including policies and guidelines that comply with
the Northern Territory Work Health and Safety (Uniform
National Legislation) Act and the Public Sector Employment
and Management Act.
RECOGNISING AND ACKNOWLEDGING EXCELLENCE
During the year, we recognised and acknowledged
employee achievements, good performance and
commitment to our organisation, the Northern Territory
Public Sector and the early childhood education and
