BUS-ALT MONEY-BI LET ' S BOWL

Age : 21 and up Min / Max : 6 / 10 Location : Pinstripes , Northbrook
Spend time at the lanes with your friends while improving your bowling skills . Participants will bowl at least one game per week before eating lunch together . During the first week of the program , bowlers will eat at the Pinstripes Bistro , and then they will create a schedule of restaurants to visit for the remainder of the season . Adaptive bowling equipment is available .

Goals :
Please bring $ 20 - $ 25 for lunch each week . The fee includes shoe rental and bowling fees .
s Increase bowling skills . s
Develop an understanding of bowling rules and etiquette .
s Increase upper extremity ' s range of motion .

Together , participants will learn how to increase strength through exercise workouts such as cardio , yoga , fitness machines , and free weights . Program staff will assist each participant through a successful workout routine .

s Increase knowledge of exercise equipment . s Engage in various fitness activities . s
Maximize strength , endurance and flexibility through workouts with peers .

Join Bright Star Theatre Company on Monday evenings ! Bright Star Theatre is designed for individuals with disabilities to build their acting skills through character development , movement , and performing amongst a cast . This is a collaborative program with peer volunteers and the Northbrook Park District . We are also seeking enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to assist actors with disabilities in Bright Star . If you are looking for a great opportunity to enrich the lives of people with disabilities , please connect with us . The season will conclude with two fully mounted productions on April 15 and 16 at the Northbrook Theatre .
