Roundabout 1
Let’s go “Roundabout” this summer! Sign up for all or choose only the ones that interest you. Each outing has a separate fee which covers cost of admission,
meals, staff and transportation. Event details, transportation times and other information will be mailed to you prior to the start of programs.
Please bring spending money if you would like to purchase snacks or souvenirs.
Goals: Develop and maintain appropriate relationships. Increase awareness of community and leisure activities. Improve ability to engage and participate in
appropriate conversations.

Summer is here and it's time to celebrate! Let's kick off the summer with our friends from Roundabout 2.
Between backyard games and cooking up our favorite food, this will sure be a great party to start off the
summer! Program fee includes dinner.
Join us as we take a quick trip northeast for some live music, great food and a fun time! We will spend
the evening tasting our favorite foods and enjoying fantastic entertainment with our friends! Program
fee includes admission and $10 for participants to spend on food and games. Participants who
want to play more games or grab extra snacks should bring spending money.
Ready for a taste of Chicago's favorite pizza? You better be 'cause we're headed to Lou Malnati's! Every
Lou's pizza is handmade from scratch using the finest and freshest ingredients. Let's put our taste buds to
the test! Program fee includes pizza and dessert.
Players, choose your color ball and club because we are going mini golfing! Whether a pro or first-time
mini-golfer, you will enjoy this 18-hole course. With 18 different holes, it will be a night you don't want
to miss! After we play, we will head to Baskin-Robbins for a sweet treat to end the night. Program fee
includes cost of mini golf and ice cream. Please bring money if you would like snacks.
Lace up those bowling shoes because we are putting our bowling skills to the test! Join your friends for
a night of pizza and bowling at our favorite spot, Pinstripes! Program fee includes pizza, shoe rental
and two hours of bowling.
Join us as we (roller) skate the night away! This fun-packed evening is one you don't want to miss! Bring
all your friends as we dip and bounce through the night. Program fee includes cost of admission,
rental skates and a light snack. Please bring money if you would like additional snacks.
Participants/guardians must complete an NSSRA waiver in order to participate. Waivers must
be returned to the NSSRA office no later than Friday, July 12.
What a better way to wave goodbye to summer than right in our own backyard with Northbrook Days!
A night full of games, food and festivities? What more could you ask for! Program fee includes $10
to spend on food and games. Participants who want to play more games or grab extra snacks
should bring spending money.
It's movie night, so let's head to theater to watch one of the latest flicks! NSSRA will contact you with the
movie choice, location and transportation information prior to Friday, August 9. Program fee includes
tickets. Please bring money if you would like snacks.
