CONGRATULATIONS
CELEBRATING 10 YEARS WITH NSSRA
In December Executive Director Craig Culp marked 10 years of service
with NSSRA! Craig came on as director in 2009, and has worked in the field of
therapeutic recreation since 1993. At the time Craig was hired, NSSRA was in the
midst of significant internal transition and navigating rough financial waters. Thanks
to his leadership and dedication, NSSRA is now not just financially stable, but also
operates with a strong and vibrant internal culture amongst its staff members, an
accomplishment significantly impacting NSSRA participants, families and partner
agencies for the better.
Culp’s first priority is and always has been NSSRA participants. He is never too busy
for people, period, and can often be found chatting with participants in the front
office, at program jumping into a friendly game of basketball or rolling up his sleeves to help a participant with a craft or
puzzle. He would be the first to say that he is lucky to do what he loves every day, but we are lucky to have him at the helm
of this whole operation! Craig is engaged, passionate and is invested in making NSSRA the BEST SRA! #yesweare

Executive Assistant Flynn Vance will celebrate 10 years of service with
NSSRA in February!
Flynn is truly NSSRA's secret weapon. Not only is she effortlessly fashionable (and
graciously obliging to #teamnssra's constant requests for style advice), but she
manages a whirlwind of tasks and projects so naturally it can be easy to forget how
sophisticated her responsiblities actually are.
In her ten years with NSSRA, Flynn has not only whipped the office into impeccable
organizational shape, but she has also led the marketing and technology departments
into the modern era. Her razor sharp attention to detail, language and presentation have helped NSSRA become the
polished and professional agency it is today, no small feat.
Even better, Flynn is a shining example of kindness and heart at NSSRA, and her investment in her work to the benefit
of NSSRA participants and families has already had a lasting influence. Flynn's constant willingness to help anyone at a
moment's notice, her vast expertise and flawless fashion don't go unnoticed! Everyone should be so lucky to work with
someone like Flynn!
