Roundabout 2

Let’ s go“ Roundabout” this spring! Sign up for all, or choose only the ones that interest you. Each outing has a separate fee which covers admission, staff and transportation cost. Event details and transportation times will be mailed to you with your confirmation prior to the start of the season’ s programs. Bring a state-issued ID each week. You may bring extra money for snacks or souvenirs. NSSRA will not be running programs on Friday, March 30 in light of Passover and Easter. Please note that this program will begin one week late on Friday, April 6. No program April 20. Goals: Develop and maintain appropriate relationships. Increase awareness of community and leisure activities. Improve ability to engage and participate in appropriate conversations.

SRACLC Groovefest: April 6 Far out dude! Disco on the dance floor with all your righteous pals from surrounding SRAs. This nifty night will also feature funky munchies and spunky prizes. Peace out! Gather up all your rad friends and prepare to bust a move! Light refreshments will be served.
Movie Night: April 13 It ' s movie night! We will visit the theater to watch one of the latest flicks. NSSRA will contact you with movie options, location and transportation information prior to April 13. NSSRA will purchase tickets. Please bring money if you would like snacks.

GBN & GBS Production of " The Little Mermaid " with TGIF: April 27 Glenbrook North and Glenbrook South are coming together for their annual spring musical. This year ' s production will be Disney ' s The Little Mermaid. The Little Mermaid tells the story of Ariel, an adventurous young mermaid who is fascinated by the human world. Will Ariel ever find true love? Let ' s find out as we watch our local high schoolers take the stage! Program fee includes admission. Please bring additional spending money for concessions.
NSSRA Spring Formal: May 4 It ' s that time of the year for NSSRA ' s annual Spring Formal! Get dressed up for a night of fun with friends from other SRAs. Groove to the beat on the dance floor and then recharge at the refreshment table before you rock out some more. Everyone will be talking about this fun event for weeks! Please dress appropriately for this formal affair. Dresses and ties are encouraged!
Marcello ' s: A Father & Son Restaurant: May 11 Let ' s enjoy a quiet evening with friends at a local hot spot in Northbrook! Marcello ' s is famous for its made-from-scratch Italian family recipes. Whether you are craving pizza, pasta or a salad, this place will have it! Program fee includes the cost of dinner.
Schaumburg Boomers Baseball Game with RA 1: May 18 Hey all you Boomer fans, stand up and clap your hands! Get ready for an action-packed night with all your best buds! Tonight we will cheer on our Schaumburg Boomers as they fight for a win against the Traverse City Beach Bums! The game begins at 6:30 pm. Following the game, we will enjoy celebratory fireworks! Program fee includes admission and $ 5 in Boomer Bucks. Please bring additional spending money if you want to purchase dinner, as the cost of a meal may exceed $ 5.
