Adult Programs Saturday Adult Line-Up Strikers (New!)* During this program, you will enjoy socializing with your peers. You may bowl up to two games. Fee includes bowling and shoe rental. Goals: Develop an understanding of bowling rules and etiquette. Increase bowling averages. Learn to appropriately converse with one another while waiting to bowl. Goals: Improve social etiquette. Improve listening skills and ability to express thoughts and opinions appropriately. Participants will learn movement, delivery and the joy of acting like Hollywood’s biggest stars! The group will choose a production, make props and perform the show. At the end of the season, the group will present its final performance. Family members and friends are invited to watch the final show. Details regarding the final performance will be sent home later in the season. Participants will be escorted from Lunch Club to NSSRA Drama Co. Goals: Plan and produce a staged performance. Increase ability to follow a script and stage direction. Increase ability to express self through movement and dialogue. Join us as we explore a variety of fitness outlets ranging from scenic nature walks to dance routines to challenging ourselves with different sports. After each week’s activity, we will enjoy a light snack followed by a variety of breathing exercises and yoga poses. Let’s build the perfect fitness formula towards a healthier mind and body! Please wear gym shoes and bring a water bottle. A light, healthy snack will be provided each week. Participants will be escorted from NSSRA Drama Co. to Fitness Formula. Goals: Learn various fitness outlets. Develop an understanding of personal relaxation techniques. Promote positive health and wellness.
