Monday Line Up

Time to Spare *

Improve your bowling skills and learn proper bowling etiquette. Adaptive bowling equipment is available. You will bowl at least one game per week in this program. Fee includes shoe rental, bowling fee and snack. Transportation will be provided from your home to Time to Spare when you register for transportation. No program October 3. Goals: Increase bowling averages. Develop an understanding of bowling rules and etiquette. Increase upper extremity’ s range of motion.

Taste Buds *( Formerly Lunch Time)

If you are registered for Time to Spare, then this program is for you! After bowling, we will head to a local restaurant and have lunch! Staff will choose a local restaurant for the first week and then the group will decide on the restaurants we will go to for the rest of the season. Please bring $ 15 to $ 20 for lunch each week. Transportation will be provided from Time to Spare to the restaurant. Transportation will be provided from the restaurant to your home when you register for transportation. No program October 3. Goals: Develop appropriate socialization skills with peers. Increase awareness within the community. Learn appropriate money management skills.

Strength & Conditioning

Together we’ ll learn how to increase our strength through different exercise techniques such as machines, free weights, and the use of the track. Staff at the program will assist each participant in a successful workout. Note: This program is not competitive. No program October 3 and November 21. Goals: Increase knowledge of fitness machines. Maintain a personal fitness log. Increase strength and endurance.
