On Friday , April 14 , NSSRA hosted the annual Shining Stars Awards and Recognition Banquet at Pinstripes in Northbrook . The event celebrated the achievements of participants , families , supporters , and community members who have contributed to NSSRA ’ s success over the past year .
The banquet was a magical night of celebration , complete with a DJ playing the best hits , snazzy giveaways , and more .
The highlight of the evening was the presentation of awards to recognize outstanding individuals and organizations .
