Participant Eligibility
Participants who voluntarily provide proof of vaccination
4 and under
Participants who do not provide proof of vaccination
When attending indoor programming , participants are required to properly put on and wear face coverings for the duration of the program . If needed , families can contact NSSRA to discuss program participation .
Required to complete the NSSRA COVID-19 Participant Assessment to determine eligibility for NSSRA programs
In-Person Participant Eligibility Requirements :
» Maintain a 6-foot physical distance from other participants and staff .
» Properly put on , wear , and take off a face covering , when necessary , for the duration of the program .
» Manage independent personal care ( i . e . hygiene , toileting , feeding ).
» Participate with visual and verbal prompting within a ratio of one staff to four participants .
