Good morning all , let ' s get moving ! Each week we will engage in a new type of fitness from yoga and relaxation to cardio to dance-based fitness . We will move and groove to celebrate making it over halfway through the week . There is no better way to work out than with music and friends !
Goals : » Increase socialization opportunities .
» Engage in various fitness activities . To increase strength , endurance and flexibility .

Boogie with My Buddies

Dance the night away with your friends at NSSRA ! We will wrap up the week with a themed Friday night dance party . Come join us and " Boogie with your Buddies !"
