Age : 3 - 16 Min : 4 Location : Park Center , Glenview
We will introduce basic swim techniques during this swim program , including stroke development , kicking , and water safety . We intend for this program to be for participants who are still orienting to the water and learning swimming techniques . Participants must NOT be able to swim one lap of the pool . Please bring a labeled swimsuit and towel .
Goals :
» Feel comfortable in the water .
» Develop a basic understanding of swimming techniques .
» Increase ability to follow demonstrated one and twostep directions .
» Increase water safety awareness .
