Annual Information Form ( AIF )
Participants are required to complete an Annual Information Form ( AIF ), found on our website at
www . nssra . org / forms . The AIF must be completed and filed with the NSSRA office with the completed registration form for a participant to join any NSSRA program or event .
Participant Assesment
All participants 11 and under interested in our in-person programming must have a completed Participant Assessment and 2021 Annual Information
Form on file . These documents can be found online at
nssra . org / forms .

Summer Session II
Registration Dates : Tuesday , June 1 - Friday , June 11
Summer II Program Dates : Monday , July 12 - Saturday , August 7
Summer Session III
Program Guide Available : Monday , June 21
Registration Dates : Monday , June 28 - Friday , July 9
Summer III Program Dates : Monday , August 9 - Saturday , August 28
Program Lottery
A lottery will be conducted for all in-person programs . The lottery will be conducted on Friday , June 11 at 1:00 pm , after which all registered participants will be contacted regarding the outcome of the lottery .
No payment is required at the time of registration ; however , participants who are enrolled in the program will be expected to make a payment by Friday , June 18 .
