The NSSRA registration form can be downloaded at
NSSRA . org / forms or in the back of this program guide .
Annual Information Form ( AIF )
Participants are required to complete an Annual Information Form ( AIF ), found on our website at www .
nssra . org / forms . The AIF must be completed and filed with the NSSRA office with the completed registration form for a participant to join any NSSRA program or event .
Registration Dates
Fall Session III
Registration Dates : October 25 - November 5 Program Dates : November 29 - December 17
Winter
Registration Dates : November 15 - December 3 Program Dates : January 10 - March 5
Program Lottery
A lottery will be conducted for all in-person programs . The lottery will be conducted on November 8 , after which all registered participants will be contacted regarding the outcome of the lottery .
No payment is required at the time of registration ; however , participants who are enrolled in the program will be expected to make a payment by November , 12 .
