Each week we will gear up and hit the field as we learn a new and exciting team sport ! We will review the basics , warm up with our teammates , practice and then play a friendly game together . Sports Sampler is not a competitive program . Participants should come dressed in athletic clothing and gym shoes . Please note that this program will start one week later than most other programs , on September 28 .
