Loh Bowei, Senior Horticulturist, has a
deep passion for flora and fauna. He says
that the most satisfying part of his job is
bringing life to old or bare patches through
planting. Bowei was the person responsible
for beautifying the bungalow area as part of
its refurbishment.
“My current work-in-progress is a rain
garden located between Hole #12 and #15.
It is supposed to be a landscape area, but
I am creating a rain garden which helps to
ensure that cleaner rainwater flows into
our pond,” says Bowei.
Budiman Masoud started out as a lifeguard
at NSRCC Changi in March 1997.
“I didn’t know what to expect from working
here in NSRCC back then. But now, with
colleagues who understand each other and
work hand in hand, I know why I choose to
work in NSRCC,” he shared.
He is currently managing the tasks of a
pool supervisor. Mr Budiman still performs
lifeguard duties but is also responsible for
managing daily pool operations. Say hello
