When you consume a tattoo, you have the
possibility to choose between: an artist
with his unique and already armed artistic
projects or, putting together a number of
elements that allow you to reach a unique
product and then, look for a tattoo artist.
The existence of alliterations in the mo-
tives of tattoos is a real fact, however, there
must always be a break between the design
and the finished work on the skin. Since this
work, will be done by hand, adding in itself a
number of external factors that end up influ-
encing the final piece.
Pinterest, Instagram, Google, are more
than perfect tools to train and internalize
with the styles and possibilities that the
current world of tattooing has in itself. This
is where the inflection point between the
possibility of proclaiming itself unique or be-
ing nothing more than another copycat that
walks the streets is generated.
Imposing an existing design on the counter
of a tattoo artist is, on the one hand, a lack
of confidence towards that executor, and on
the other hand destroys any possibility of
exploiting the artist in its maximum expres-
sion. That does not mean that you have to
tattoo everything a tattoo artist wants to do
on behalf of our practice. It is rather a con-
glomerate of mutual responsibilities within
a profession that today does not have com-
pletely clear bases.
The possibility is in the hands of those
who want to take advantage of them. Feel
free to make that decision, to go through a
unique process, which leaves a special mark
on the skin. Where in the end, when the light
is lit in front of a mirror, with the naked body
one can admire how beautiful the human be-
ing is and how much more one can be with
own artistic elements.
Next, a poem written by Giovanni (P. 74)
