as State Recovery Co-
ordinator following ex-severe
tropical Cyclone Debbie.
June is a busy month
for 3Bde with more than
300 men and women
deploying from 3RAR as
part of Task Group Taji
and the commencement
of Ex Brolga Strike and
Ex Talisman Sabre.
Time away from our
families is never easy
and we look forward to
your safe return from the
COL Damian Hill
exercise and deployment.
HILE the recent
unseasonal rain has
been benefi cial for the city, I
urge everybody to stick to
the city’s Level 3 restrictions.
Thank you to the
community for adhering
to the restrictions, but
as we head into the drier
months it’s important
we remain vigilant.

women away on exercise or
deployment it is important

have some very exciting
events coming up in the next
couple of months including
Strand Ephemera 2017: The
North’s Sculpture Festival.
This free event is
on par with Bondi’s
Sculptures by the Sea.
