The course runs over Mt Stuart and fi nishes with
the obstacle course... not for the feint-hearted.
The rivalry will be fi erce because the event is one
of the eight that make up the Commander’s Trophy,
the Brigade’s premiere inter-unit competition.

In the week leading up to it 3Bde soldiers will partner
with Legatees from the Townsville Legacy Club
at shopping centres around Townsville including:
Annandale Shopping Centre, Willows Shopping
Centre, Stockland Kmart, Stockland Nathan Plaza,
Bunnings at Domain and Fairfi eld Waters, Fairfi eld
Central, Hermit Park, and The Avenues shopping
centres selling Legacy badges and taking donations.
The fundraising allows the club to continue its
support for the 694 widows and 34 wards in Legacy
Townsville’s area of responsibility - south to Bowen,
west to the Queensland border and north to Ingham.
