HE response to Cyclone Debbie has
been swift and comperehensive.
Even before the cyclone struck, Joint Task
Force 661 was established under the command
of COMD 3Bde BRIG Chris Field.
Teams were pre-deployed to potential
trouble spots and switfl y repositioned once
the storm crossed the coast near Bowen.
Last week the Task Force using a range
of air, land and sea capabilities to help the
