Achieved and sustained through research dissemination, coaching assistance, best practices, and safety and health guidelines, I will be an active participant in advising, overseeing, assisting, leading, supporting, and promoting these and all aspect of the NSCA. As an ambassador of the NSCA, I will continue to work with sport and exercise research scientists and sport and performance coaches to bridge the gap between research outcomes and practical performance coaching. As well, I will continue to push the barriers of technology and innovation in sports performance. I will study the expanding knowledge/information that is gained through technology and apply these ideas of programming, training, and injury prevention for practical use. In constant pursuit of excellence in best practices for performance training, I will network to gain and share information with other performance coaches, sport coaches, sports medicine personnel, and athletes for the betterment of the NSCA and our profession as a whole.
