Alexandertreffet 2022
Helgen 24-26 juni 2022. Tid for det tredje Tour de Tyrifjorden /Alexandertreffet skulle også bli en stor suksess.
Det har knapt gått 14 dager siden jeg kom hjem fra YCC sitt 25te internasjonale treff. Nå vinker jeg igjen til familien, og skal ut på nytt treff med MC-venner. Det er tredje gangen Jørn Øverby med datter Susanne, inviterer YCC’ere til ‘Tour de Tyrifjoden /Alexandertreffet’.
Til tross for de siste dagers varierende værmelding er det strålende sol når jeg setter meg på motorsykkelen og setter kursen mot Tyrifjorden.
De aller fleste overnatter ved Utvika Camping. Jeg booket også i år plass i en ‘hytte med bad’. Ved bestilling hadde jeg gitt melding om at jeg ønsket å dele med andre fra YCC, så jeg var spent på hvem jeg skulle dele hytte med. Campingen ordner opp, så jeg fikk dele med Nina Ziener og Hans Gulbrandsen.
Det er fin standard på hyttene og campingplassen er flott tilrettelagt. Det største plusset er kanskje at det er gangavstand til ‘Øverby Mansion’.
The weekend of 24’th-26’th june 2022
The great time for the third ‘Tour de Tyrifjorden’ / ‘The Alexandertreffet’ was also to be a great success.
It has hardly been 14 days since I returned home from the YCC's 25th International meeting. Now I wave again to my family, and am going out for another meeting with good motorcycle friends. This is the third time Jørn Øverby together with his daughter Susanne, invites YCCs to ‘Tour de Tyrifjoden’ / ‘Alexandertreffet’.
Despite the varying weather forecast of the last few days, it is glorious sun when I get on the motorcycle and set course for the wonderful lake; Tyrifjord.
Accommodations
The vast majority will spend their sleeping hours at Utvika Camping. This year I also booked a place in a 'cabin with bathroom'. When ordering, I had given notice that I wanted to share with others from YCC, so I was excited about who I would share the cabin with. The campsite is tidying up, so I got to share with Nina Ziener and Hans Gulbrandsen.
There is a nice standard at the cabins and the campsite is beautifully organized. We have never used the beach. Perhaps the best advantage is that there is walking distance to 'Øverby Mansion'.
