Nr. 10 / 2 - 2022 Nr. 10 / 2 - 2022 | Page 5

The International YCC Rally is back! Now with us, in YCC-N, at Hunderfossen. We are back and YCC-Posten is back with a new "Blue Zoned Issue". This means that again you will find an English translation that has a blue background.

In this issue, I am very glad to be able to welcome AGM, Alf Graarud Motor, as an advertiser in YCC-Posten. AGM is a major supplier of both MC-equipment and Yamaha to all types of motorcyclists. Many of us probably know AGM as 'AGM-Shop' (https://www.agmshop.no/). This is one of the large online stores with motorcycle equipment whether you travel on or outside off the road. In addition, there is a physical AGM store as well. I have visited this on the occasion of their annual event; ‘AGM Week’. You can read more about this visit in the magazine. Please welcome AGM-Shop!

Did you know that the Nordic region's largest motorcycle museum is located in Norway? At Magnor? Right by the Swedish border, only two hours drive from Oslo or two and a half from Hunderfossen, you will find “Scandinavian Motorcycle Center”! This is a place that is well worth a visit, either as a single trip or as part of a driving route. There is a campsite right next door. Very nice if the stay suddenly takes a long time. I have visited the museum. You can read about it in in this issue. One thing is for sure; I am going back!

This issue also includes our "Nord-Norway- travelers from 2021 "back from the 'North Cape', and" Grandma Norway "(Anja-Katrin Kihl) is writing about her latest big 2021 trip "Summer trip on a low budget ". Fantastic experiences and great pictures in both stories.

Since we now are haveing an international meeting (just around the corner), it is mandatory to have an interview with our International Coordinator; Ole-Marius Aspelund.

There have also been some events during the spring, and a new member has been ‘honked on’. There is a lot of positive happening in the motorcycle community.

In other words, there is a bit of everything to read here.

For any new readers, I remind you that YCC-Posten mainly consists of four parts:

1) Information, news from YCC-Norway.

2) Generally interesting motorcycle articles.

3) Articles and reports from the members.

4) A closing section with MC related jokes and an advertiser overview.

Note that in this issue I have included a page with various telephone numbers that can be used during the meeting if the accident (or need) should occur. The telephone numbers are 'clickable'. There is also a link to the page that you can enter as a bookmark/shortcut on your mobile phone. For security reasons, there is also a link to this page from the front page of this issue. You may have noticed the red phone there?

Finally, I wish you all a great meeting and a wonderful summer. Drive beautifully and enjoy reading YCC-Posten.

With MC greetings

Petter 'Mons Kakenes' Godlund
