Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt ; No matter what is thrown at us from just the normal daily life in this industry , my team and I will never give up and together , we can tackle anything .

I had two amazing supervisors in my career . One was a Property Manager in Texas and the other was a Regional Manager in Colorado . Both of these women pushed me out of my comfort zone which ultimately allowed me to grow in confidence .

I love the occasional team meeting that doesn ’ t have to be rushed allowing everyone the opportunity to share in a comfortable setting .

Our industry has historically been slow to adopt new technology . As a member of the Innovation Committee at Bell Partners , I see how our investments in innovative , customer-focused technologies can improve the customer experience and elevate operating performance . I believe the pandemic is pushing other management companies to boost their investment in technology .
