Energizing Communities to Bring People Together
With a motto of “ Energize Communities … Bring People Together ”, RedPeak focuses on giving back to the neighborhoods we serve .
Last June , as civil unrest was erupting nationwide and emotions were running high , we decided to do what we could for our Capitol Hill community . Partnering with BluSky Restoration , RedPeak hosted a neighborhood clean-up and picked up dozens of bags worth of trash and debris . It felt good to give back on our “ RedPeak Gives Back ” day , and many of our team members participated .
When COVID hit , everything stopped … but kid ’ s feet didn ’ t stop growing . To support Clothes for Kids of Denver , RedPeak sponsored a “ Kicks for Kids ” drive and through team and resident donations , collected 207 pairs of shoes , which RedPeak matched with Tom ’ s Shoes , for even greater impact , resulting in 414 pairs of shoes distributed to kids around Denver .
In December , RedPeak partnered with Denver Human Services to participate in their “ Adopt a Kid ” program to ensure children in foster care would have a happy Christmas . Resident and team involvement and generous donations ensured children had a special holiday .
The second annual “ RedPeak Gives Back ” day was held in July at Cheesman Park , where the team worked with the city of Denver to beautify one of Denver ’ s loveliest namesakes . 50 team members pulled weeds , picked up trash and spread mulch throughout the park .
