We are a local consulting company specializing in practice transitions , office design , practice valuations , equipment selection , and marketing . With the help of our sister company DenteQuip , Inc . we have helped a number of dentists buy / sell their dental practices .
We have been in existence since 1986 ; our Staff consists of dentists , hygienists , and assistants with a combined experience of 100 plus years . We do not require an all exclusive contract - we strongly believe any buyer or seller should not be subject to an exclusive contract . We only charge a fee if a practice is sold or bought with our assistance . We charge a onetime set fee and not a percentage of the selling or buying price .
