Journal Honored with ICD Award
The International College of Dentists USA Section selected the
Pennsylvania Dental Journal for the Special Citation Award in the ICD’s
2019 Journalism Awards. The PDJ was honored for our March/April
2018 issue, the special issue celebrating PDA’s 150 th Anniversary. Editor
Dr. Steve Radack received the award in San Francisco in September
at the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Dental Editors
& Journalists.
“It was a true privilege to be in San Francisco for the AADEJ meeting to accept the International College of Dentists Special Citation
Journalism Award. Receiving the award from current ICD editor and editor emeritus of the PDJ Dr. Richard Galeone was a real treat,”
Dr. Radack said. “Kudos go to the entire PDA staff for all the work they did to make that special PDA 150 edition a reality.”
