Jersey Shore Elementary School- All About Our Students- Bulldogs BARK
Our PBIS BARK program is in full swing! Students are earning Barker Cards in kindergarten and first grade, and Canine Cash in grades 2 – 5 whenever they’ re caught following our BARK expectations. Since the start of the school year, students have had exciting opportunities to enter their Barker Cards and Canine Cash to be part of some awesome incentives!
Looking Ahead, Bulldogs
Get ready to paint, play, and BARK your way to fun! This month, students can earn Canine Cash and BARKer cards for a special painting activity with Mrs. Berry-Propst. For our Monthly BARK reward, we ' re hosting Bingo Bash! Keep showing those BARK behaviors, and let’ s make this month pawsitively awesome!
BARK Pep Assembly with High School Students
We wrapped up September with our first BARK Bash, where students had a blast playing games with our high school helpers. To top it off, JSAE held its very own BARK Pep Rally. It was complete with music from the band, cheers from our JSHS cheerleaders, and fun games led by high school seniors. Our Bulldogs are showing their BARK pride every day!
-- Home Habits for Happy Bulldogs-- Be Respectful: Encourage your children to listen when others are talking and use polite words.
Act Responsibly: Giving your child small responsibilities, such as feeding pets or setting the table, teaches responsibility at home. Make sure to praise them for their efforts when they follow through!
Be Safe: Walk inside, buckle your seatbelts, and wear a helmet when riding your bike! Keep on Learning: Do not give up when things are tough! Bulldogs keep going!
