- Children ' s Thanksgiving Craft -
Have the kids collect a few pine cones and pick up some pom poms for the head , felt for the beak , and a few sets of googly eyes at a craft store . Feathers can be cut from regular or construction paper and stuck in the cones . The head , eyes , and beak will need to be affixed with craft glue . Easy and fun !
